ENGLISH -- Foreign students studying in Paris

The Friary in Paris has for a number of years now, responded to the call of welcoming Franciscan students, from all over the world, wishing to study languages, philosophy and theology. The location of the Franciscan house is ideal for its proximity to a number of Institutes.

Furnished with a library and an impressive Franciscan section, a reference room, and permanently connected to the internet, the house is well equipped for students and those who wishing to do research alike.

Learning French

Those wishing to study the French language, will find l'Alliance Française within easy reach. Its web-site will give those interested all the information they need.

Students' stay in Paris must be organised at inter-provincial level.

JEAN DUNS SCOTUS ROOM

80m2 can hold up to 40 people. A pleasant room with direct access since it is located on the ground floor.

SMALL MEETING ROOMS

Also on the ground-floor, 4 small rooms, suitable for meetings of 4-8 people.


SAINT ANTHONY OF PADUA HALL

100-300 m2, with stage. It can hold up to 270 people. It is a modern hall, situated in the basement and equipped with a large stage with an electric curtain. There is a powerful sound-system, with both fixed and portable microphones. The lighting system affords the possibility of dividing the hall into different sections. The stage can be separated off from the rest of the hall. This hall is especially suitable for conferences.
